A gorgeous 4 bedroom post and beam executive cottage to enjoy on the shores of this quiet lake. The landscape is gently sloping to the water where you will find a beautiful sand beach and a shallow sandy bottom that is hard packed. The kids will love it! The outdoor hot tub is sunken into the decking to provide convenient and easy access ability with a great view out over the lake. Inside, the decor is fabulous, with wood accents and highlights throughout. The kitchen and dining room are exquisite with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, large pine harvest table and ceramic counter tops. The living room is centered around the floor to ceiling brick fireplace and the tall windows provide a wonderful view and allow plenty of natural light to fill the room. There is a separate entertainment area in the lower rec room where you can enjoy the big game or gather by the L-shaped pine bar. Two of the bedrooms have been set up as master suites with private ensuite's and the other two will comfortably accommodate the remainder of the kids or extended family. This cottage will be sure to please.

LOCATION: About 2 hrs north of Toronto just south of the Town of Parry Sound. There is a restaurant, convenience store, marina and gas close by with most all other amenities found about 15 min's away in Parry Sound.
