This open concept executive cottage is highlighted with beautiful wood craftsmanship throughout the entire building. The master bedroom has a view of the fireplace, a walkout to the wrap around deck, and a large 5 piece ensuite highlighted by the traditional claw foot tub. The walkout basement has a rec room with the TV and another fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and tiled entrance way that's convenient and easy maintenance when coming in from the waterfront. The fully enclosed outdoor shower provides a great spot to rinse off from the days activities. The wrap around deck over looks the water's edge and the gentle path that leads you there. The shore has been left natural and the water is a shallow pebble/sand mix being only about 4ft deep at the end of the 70ft dock. There is a 20x20 dock area at the end of the long dock for swimming and relaxing in the sun, with plenty of space for your boat as well. Privacy is very good with 650ft of lakefront and over 5 acres of property. The exposure is south east.

shopping, dining and all amenities. 5 min's to skiing and
world class golfing. Algonquin park is about a 15 min drive.
Good fishing for bass, pike and panfish.
