Description:
This
1,140 sq. ft. 3 bedroom cottage is ideally located on Ripple
Lake just 15 minutes from Huntsville. It is elevated and has
a full walk out lower level with a billiards table and a ping
pong table for the evenings entertainment. The main floor has
all 3 bedrooms and the combination living and dining room provides
good views of the lake, which has little boating traffic so
it is generally very quiet and peaceful. The patio door leads
to the deck which provides a great spot for unwinding, any time
of the day, but the sunsets are spectacular. The 75 ft. waterfront
is accessed by a set of stairs bordered by beautiful flower
gardens and there is another deck along the shore which adjoins
the long dock. The water is shallow and at the end of the dock
it is about 4 - 5 feet deep, and the swim raft is in deeper
water. The shoreline is natural, the lake bottom is soft sand,
some lily pads on one side of the dock. This cottage is not
suitable for very young children. Exposure is west. LOCATION: about 2 - 2.5 hours north of Toronto, 10 minutes
north and west of Huntsville, 10 minutes to Arrowhead Provincial
Park, 1 hour to Algonquin Park, 15 minutes to shopping, dining
and world class golfing at Deerhurst or Grandview, and many
other fine golf courses are nearby. PREVIOUS RENTERS' COMMENTS: ....The cottage was AWESOME! It was much bigger and more beautiful than we were expecting...
