This 4 bedroom cottage enjoys a great view out over the lake, whether sitting at the dining room table, relaxing in the living room or just "chillin" out on the deck with your favourite beverage. The large deck faces south out towards the lake for plenty of sunshine, and lounge chairs to lay on, while you enjoy the "cottage life". The sunken living room boasts a tall, pine, cathedral ceiling, while the kitchen is open and spacious with a breakfast nook for casual meals. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with each having a ceiling fan to provide that cool cottage breeze during the heat of the summer. The lower level has two of the bedrooms along with a another sitting area and a walkout to the steps leading to the waterfront. At the waterfront, you will find a large deck area built along the shoreline which is part of the dock from which to swim. With a swim raft located just out from the dock the kids will spend endless hours jumping into the clear water while you can sit back and relax in the Muskoka chairs while the day slips by. This lake has a speed restriction on it to provide a quieter time with family at the cottage.
