This lovely 4 bedroom cottages sits perched on the shores of Lake Vernon. The great waterfront here lets you choose between the shallow sand bottom entrance or jumping off the dock into deeper water. There is even a set of stairs leading you right in to the lake. A small sand beach to the side of the dock is the perfect spot for the little ones to play. To the side of the waterfront, there is a flat area with a swing bench to enjoy the beautiful evening stars as another great day comes to a close.
Inside, the cottage is newly finished with an open great room that looks out over the water, and games room in the lower level rec room complete with pool table and a small wet bar with a mini fridge. The decor is modern with plenty of wood highlights for that modern cottage feel. There are two bedrooms on the main level, and two bedrooms on the lower level. The kitchen is open with great views to the lake, while the BBQ deck provides a fantastic viewpoint of the lake from which to enjoy your favourite beverage and just lounge about.
LOCATION:About 2hrs north of Toronto and just 15 min's outside the town of Huntsville for most all amenities. Over 40 miles of boating available with a marina just across the bay for added convenience.
