This 5 bedroom cottage on Lake Vernon is a great location for the whole family. A great sand beach with shallow sand entrance to the water awaits you along with deep water off the end of the dock. The best of both worlds. There is a swim raft which is located out from the dock that is the perfect spot for the kids to swim out to and spend hours splashing and playing. A large deck on the lake side of the cottage enjoys fantastic views over the waterfront and there is a large screened in section to enjoy during the evening or inclement weather. Inside, the cottage is adorned with wood flooring and many wooden accents to provide a wonderful cottage feel with a modern touch. There are 2 separate TV areas to sit and enjoy different viewing venues. The kitchen is open to the dining area which is also directly adjacent to the screened in area on the deck. A separate games room building with a pool table and ping pong by the driveway. The driveway has a small steep section but then the property is very flat from the parking to the front door. The property then slopes down the waters edge and the soft sand beach. While the kids enjoy a game of pick-up basketball by the garage you can relax in the hammock over looking the lake and enjoy the soft breeze, while cottage life passes you by.
LOCATION: About 2 hrs from Toronto and just 10 min's into the town of Huntsville for shopping, dining, groceries and most all amenities. Close to the area's many golf courses including Deerhurst Highlands.
