This unique property has water frontage on two lakes. One side faces to the west and has a large deck area over looking the lake, with a dock to access the deeper water as the shoreline is natural vegetation and rocks. The bottom is soft sand and stony. The other waterfront faces the east and has a wonderful sand beach and shallow sandy access to the water. The bottom is firm sand and then becomes very soft once the water is about waist deep. Kids will love splashing and playing in the shallow water as you lay back on the sand beach or the flat grassy area and enjoy the sunshine. Kids will also love fishing for the many small bass that are found throughout the lake which can be caught right from the beach. The cottage has an open concept kitchen and dining area, with two separate sitting areas to either take in a movie or to quietly read a good book. You will enjoy dining out on the grass patio that provides a great view down the lake after which you can retire to the western deck area with your favorite beverage to enjoy the sunsets. After a full day of cottage activities you can wind down in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the spectacle of stars. Sand beach, sunsets, large deck and outdoor hot tub provide a great combination for your cottage vacation.
LOCATION:About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto and just 10 min's to the town of Huntsville for shopping, dining, and most all other amenities. Close to many great golf courses and about 40min's to Algonquin Park.
