The large 2 storey building has 2 self contained apartments with separate entrances, bathrooms, kitchens, and TVs. The upstairs has a 3 bedroom apartment with dining for all 10 people, and a covered balcony. The smaller downstairs has a 2 bedroom apartment and a porch.The cottage has large windows for an excellent view over the lake. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable, with everything at your fingertips; the bedrooms are furnished with european beds and linens. Situated on Healy Lake, close to Georgian Bay, this chalet offers you superb natural surroundings no matter what activities you want to do. In the summer you can fish, swim, take the paddleboat, or relax on the shallow waterfront, which is safe for all youngsters. The resort being adjacent to the Marina assures you the best variety in rentals (boats, canoes, kayaks), book a sightseeing-cruise or try some water sports (skiing, tubing)
. The lake offers many secluded bays to watch loon, blue heron, and beaver. For the sports enthusiast, try the tennis court in walking distance or the many golf courses nearby. Let the day end sitting by the bonfire or watching the clear night sky.
In the winter, take advantage of the snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, or just sit by the fire with friends and relax. The chalets are available seasonally in the winter; you can just move your belongings in and come up whenever it suits you. It is ideally located on the trail and there is lots of room to leave your gear for all winter - no need to trailer every weekend.

LOCATION: about 15 minutes west of Mactier, 25 min west of Port Carling, or 30 min. south of Parry Sound. From Hwy 400 take 'exit 189' (Hwy 69) to Muskoka Rd. 11 and drive through MacTier to Healey Lake Rd.
