Here is a great way to experience cottage life on Lake Muskoka. This quaint 3 bedroom cottage sits near the end of a private lane way, has over 100ft of shoreline, with plenty of wooded area surrounding the cottage for your privacy. The cottage is only slightly elevated and offers a great view out over the water from the large lakeside deck. The boathouse offers covered storage for your boat should you decide to bring or rent one, and the surrounding dock area provides a great swimming platform with water depths of about 6-8ft off the end. Shallow entry can be had at the swimming area next to the boat house with easy supervision from the lawn or the patio chairs on the dock. Yours to enjoy are the water toys, ski tube and a canoe. The shoreline is natural vegetation and grass up to the water's edge, with a hard sand bottom at the swimming area. The mature trees by the water provide cool shade during the summer, and they support the hammock for you to lay back, relax, and watch the famous, historical S. S. Sequin cruise by out in the bay. The interior of the cottage has a true cottage feel and is adorned with hard wood flooring, pine walls and wainscotting, with fixtures to match. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable. A really great, traditional cottage, that is newly renovated and sure to please.
LOCATION: about 2hrs north of Toronto, just 5mins from the town of Gravenhurst. The cottage is tucked into the end of a bay off of Gravenhurst Bay. Just mins to shopping and amenities, and great golf close by.
