This fabulous 5 bedroom cottage has room for the entire extended family with numerous options for sleeping arrangements. Located on a very gently sloping lot the cottage sits right next to the water's edge with huge cathedral ceilings and tall windows looking out over the waterfront. The long deck across the front of the cottage gives a great vantage point for watching the summer days pass you by and the huge entertainment deck on top of the boat slip is the perfect spot to soak up the summer sun and enjoy cottage life. The water off the end of the dock is about 6-8 ft deep with shallow soft sand entrance at the shoreline where the grassy lawn comes right to the waterline. Be sure to bring your boat, or rent one from one of the marinas, and enjoy cruising the big lakes that made Muskoka famous. Inside, the cottage is decorated with many wood accents, wooden steps and rails with a mixture of laminate flooring and carpet throughout. The main living area looks out over the water and features a stone fireplace with insert and tv area. The lower level rec room is designed around entertaining the family with the pool table, tv area, card table and corner bar with fridge. The lower level has a walkout to the stone patio where you will find your outdoor hot tub that also enjoys a great view out over the water. The master bedroom in the loft enjoys a private ensuite with jacuzzi tub and each of the bedrooms here are spacious featuring plenty of storage and their own TV. Come and enjoy the big lakes with good fishing right from the dock, the majestic sighting of the famous Segwun Steamship and the occasional boat tour from the owner of the cottage who lives next door.
LOCATION: About 2 hrs north of Toronto and just 2 min's outside the famous cottage destination town of Port Carling (you can see town from the dock). Close to fantastic golf courses, town shopping and area attractions. Public park with beach nearby.
