This cute 3 bedroom cottage has been newly renovated and the updates will be appreciated from the moment you arrive. The living room has plenty of space for all to gather, and has a walkout to the large deck area that wraps around to the front entrance. This deck is a great spot to entertain with a wonderful view out over the lake. From here a set of steps leads you to the path that takes you down to the water. There is a small lake side deck that sits directly over the water by the dock where you can sit back and enjoy the tranquility of the water lapping against the shore or watch the kids as they splash and play . The water here is shallow with a sand bottom and then drops to about 5 feet by the end of the 24foot dock. Great for both shallow swimming and jumping in for the big splash. There is shade available around the property to find relief from the summer heat as well as the cool breeze from the lake. As evening descends you can sit back on the deck and relax as the BBQ sizzles and the call of the loons fills the air. Afterwards the kids will love roasting marshmallows and recapping the days events before they head of to bed to get ready for another wonderful day at the cottage.
LOCATION: About 2 hrs north of Toronto. Close to area golfing, with great fishing right at your fingertips. Most amenities can be found in Port Carling about 15 min's away or Bracebridge about 20 min's away.
