The 2 bedroom boathouse, with a backdrop of woodlands and beautiful granite outcroppings, has a large wrap around deck. The interior is of Canadian cedar, vaulted ceilings and maple flooring. The master bedroom has a walkout to the deck, which is the perfect place to sit with your morning coffee or after dinner aperitif - and watch the magical Sequin as she sails gracefully past. The main channel for boats passing through the locks is on the far side of the river, so boating traffic is reduced to a minimum in front of the cottage and boathouse. The 3 bedroom cottage was built in 1949 and has retained it's charm throughout the years. It is decorated in the older style, while still being very comfortable and certainly inviting. The water access is best off the dock where the water depth is about 10 feet. There is a shallow entry area but it drops off quickly. Exposure is north west.
