A 4 bedroom cottage with multiple levels of deck space to enjoy the long southerly views down the lake. There is also a sun room to enjoy on those inclement days and one section of the decks is screened in to continue enjoying the outdoors into the evening hours. The cottage has had extensive renovations done inside which are sure to please. The kitchen is open to the dining area with walkouts to both the sun room and the screened in deck area, while the living room enjoys vaulted pine ceilings, a cozy propane fireplace and a walkout to the main deck area. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy walkouts to the deck areas and the master bedroom enjoys a great view down the lake right from the bed when you awake. Sets of stairs lead you down to the waterfront (or you can walk around the side of the cottage on the grassy yard), where you will find a level play area and shallow entrance into the water with a soft sand bottom. The dock has a depth of about 3 feet at the end, so there is enough water to park your boat, but not for diving. Kid will love splashing and playing here while some may enjoy the quick swim out to the raft for jumping and diving, or just catching some rays. A great family cottage to enjoy making wonderful memories, that will last a lifetime.
LOCATION:About 2hrs north of Toronto. About 10 min's to the village of Mactier and 15 min's to the small town of Port Carling. Great golf in the area at numerous courses.
