Description:

This cozy 3 bedroom cottage is an ideal family cottage and the bunkie is great for providing the older kids with their 'own space. The bunkie interior is newly renovated, it has a bar fridge, microwave, bathroom, and provides sleeping for 3. The cottage is on an elevated property and the access to the lake is down a set of stairs. The interior is newly renovated and open concept. The master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the lake providing a lovely view. The swimming is excellent off the dock where the water level is about 4-5 feet. Exposure is east.

LOCATION: a short distance off Hwy. # 169, 5 minutes south of Foot's Bay, and 20 minutes from Port Carling.

PREVIOUS RENTER'S COMMENTS: we liked most the comforts of the newly renovated interior...and the layout of the cottage with an open concept main floor was an added bonus...
