This
1,900 square foot executive cottage was newly purchased in 2004, and all furnishings were replaced with
new quality items. The waterfront provides a
sandy beach, and the sandy bottom
extends for about 5' then becomes a hard flat granite rock.
The lake is spring fed and very clear and with an eastern
exposure you have sun on the dock all day. The dock offers a gorgeous view of the full length of the lake. A wonderful spot to relax in the Muskoka chairs. Water depth at
the end of the dock is 4-5 feet. The large cedar and screened
Muskoka Room runs along the front of the cottage making it
the ideal spot to relax any time of the day, and cottage
interior is accented in pine, hardwood floors and eludes
a comfortable ambiance. The living area is open concept with
cathedral ceilings and large windows providing excellent
views of the lake. Relax on the leather furniture in the family room loft that overlooks the living area while reading a book or watching TV. From here you can enter the large master bedroom with it's king size bed and 4-piece ensuite bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level,
one with a walkout to the deck and 1 bedroom on the upper
floor with an ensuite. The lot is 50' and there is good tree
coverage
on
both sides
of the
property providing good privacy. Clearwater Lake has been
rated the 5th cleanest lake in Ontario.
LOCATION: ideally located just 20 minutes
from Orillia (and Casino Rama), 15 minutes from Gravenhurst,
about 1.5 hours from Toronto. The Trans Canada Trail is nearby and it is an easy hike into Gravenhurst.

Everything we needed for our summer vacation was here: the neighbours, the water, the amenities - nothing was out of place....An absolutely beautiful cottage getaway. Everything was perfect....Great place, clean lake, good neighbours. We'll be back...An Excellent place to stay for the week. There is clear water, nice neighbours and a nice cottage. We all had a great time...Don't miss the stars at night...The most peaceful lake around....(and from a young girl) "I caught 30 fish, there was one that was THIS BIG, and I caught 58 frogs, one was HUGE, and I found a baby toad".... when everyone else was without power from the storm, we were fine thanks to the generator...
