This bright 3 bedroom cottage sits on a smaller lake and has magnificent wooden furniture, accents and trim throughout, to give it that warm cottage appeal. Carpet lines the floors for that barefoot comfort. A vaulted ceiling and open wood staircase give the living room area its splendor and the bedrooms offer dressers and closets for your storage needs. There are numerous ceiling fans to provide cooling comfort on those hot summer nights. The lakeside deck has plenty of seating to enjoy the view and a small set of stairs takes you down to the shoreline. There you'll find the beautiful flat grassy area that butts up to the waters edge. Here you can relax in the high-backed lounge chairs around the outdoor table and umbrella. There is a shallow sandy entrance to the water or swim from the dock out to the floating raft for some peaceful sunbathing. Relax on the dock at the table with umbrella and chairs, along with chaise lounges, while you watch the kids or to simply sit and enjoy the serenity. The ever popular attraction "Big Chute" marine railway is located just around the corner. Tea Lake offers easy access to the Trent Severn waterway through a small channel for some boats up to about 16ft in size. Hwy 400 provides quick and easy driving to this quiet hideaway. Exposure is south.
Location: Near Port Severn, about 1 1/2 hrs from Toronto, close to "Big Chute".

Tea Lake is a perfect getaway. Thanks for sharing this fantastic property!......Sunset was beautiful and there were so many gorgeous views!!....The lake was very quiet and peaceful. Anywhere we sat, either inside or out, the view was great. You are lucky to have such a great spot and a lovely cottage too. The beds were comfortable, and there was nothing in the kitchen I couldn't find.
