Medora Lake is a spring fed lake in the middle of "cranberry" country. This very private property has 3 separate shallow water entrances for you to enjoy the sun and water. You can meander through the woods on the boardwalk to get to all 3 areas of which 2 of them are wheelchair accessible. With the woods and trails to explore, you may forget about the screened room at the dock area. It has electricity and a patio set to make it a perfect spot for any gathering. The yard has a fire pit, large deck, hot-tub and plenty of open space for kids to run and play. The cottage is bright and open with pine interior and the kitchen has cherry wood floors and cabinets. The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with the master boasting a king size bed and a walkout to a deck with westerly views out over the property. The open-concept bunkie has vaulted ceilings with pine decor throughout and becomes almost a second cottage itself with an eating/sitting area, entertainment centre and 3 piece bathroom. You will enjoy the spacious Muskoka room with wall to wall screened windows, harvest table, card table and stand up bar. LOCATION: about 2 hours north of Toronto. Just minutes from Bala and the Cranberry Marsh, 20 minutes from Gravenhurst for most all amenities.
