The main cottage offers great views from the large windows overlooking the beach area. The interior is finished with pine walls and laminate flooring, and the brand new Muskoka room off the kitchen will provide a great place to relax in the evening as the sun sets out over the lake. The 3 sleeping bunkies each have a different style, character and theme. The dryland boathouse at the dock is perfect for relaxing with whole family while the kids jump off the dock, and it doubles as sleeping quarters with accommodations for 5. The bunkie at the point enjoys a fabulous view out over the lake, pine interior and 2 piece bath. The 3rd bunkie has a vaulted pine ceiling, wraparound deck, netting around the bed and a view of the water. Every building offers views and a great combination of antique and modern furniture, along with fashionable decor and artwork. There is a 2 slip boathouse and plenty of docking should you decide to bring a boat to explore the lakes and experience the rich history of the area. The swimming at the beach area in the protected cove is fantastic, with shallow water and hard packed sand. The views are tremendous here and you are afforded a vacation that can be peaceful and naturally beautiful or you can take a short drive to modern spoils such as golf or a massage at Taboo resort. Which ever you decide to do, you will love your stay at Sutherland's Point.
