There is plenty of room at this five bedroom open concept cottage that sits nestled on the shores of a quiet lake. This cottage has a large living room/dinning room that has tall, pine cathedral ceilings, a walkout to the large lakeside deck and a great view out over the water. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the upper floor along with a 4 piece bathroom. The master bedroom has a private 2 piece bath and the kids bunk room features an additional play area for the young ones. At the backside of the cottage is an additional living room area with another TV, a three piece bath and the fifth bedroom. There is hardwood flooring and ceramic tile throughout the cottage to add beauty and easy maintenance. You'll enjoy relaxing with a beverage or good book out on the large deck that faces the lake with plenty of sunshine and tranquility. The flat grassy yard leads you down to the water's edge where you'll find a sandy beach area and the long dock for swimming and enjoying the lake. The kids will love playing along the shallow shoreline and showering off their sandy feet at the lakeside shower. Privacy here is achieved by being the last cottage on the private lane way and having plenty of natural vegetation to form a good buffer zone from the neighboring cottage. If the weather doesn't co-operate you can still enjoy the outdoors in the Muskoka Room or have the kids sit down to a movie in one living room while the adults wind down in the other. Please note that this cottage rents Sunday to Sunday during the high season.
LOCATION:About 2 1/2 hrs north of Toronto. 10mins to the village of Baysville for groceries, variety store, LCBO, gas and restaurant. About 25mins to Huntsville or Bracebridge for all other amenities.
