This Lake of Bays cottage is a perfect place to get-away and relax! At the front of the cottage beyond the large stone patio, and down the old but sturdy stone steps, is a picture perfect, 215 foot, curving sandy beach! There is plenty of room to play catch, or bring your badminton/volleyball net for the trip. Sit and bask in the warm sun with the gentle sound of the waves lapping at the shore in the background. Wave at the boaters as they make their way to Bigwin Island Resort, just off in the distance. This property offers plenty of space to roam, and there are old trails to explore. If you get too sandy down at the beach, you can wash off under the simple outdoor shower beside the cottage! Or, maybe you just need a quiet afternoon nap in one of the small bunkies!
The expansive Muskoka Room consists of windows and views! It is absolutely cozy and presented in a true Muskoka style! Sit around and watch the kids at the beach or listen to them sing songs around the firepit. Indoors, this cottage is perfectly presented. Naturally worn green pine walls and a mix of modern and period furnishings with eclectic accents bring it all together for the young and old alike! The large stone fireplace holds court in the livingroom/dining room combo as it warms both the cottage and your soul. The kitchen is spacious and chalk full of character as it has a wood stove, pine cabinetry and a small table for the morning toast and coffee. Four bedrooms offer a good choice of sleeping arrangements, with the Master bedroom giving a view through a set of french doors, past the Muskoka room and onto the water! What a view to wake up to! The bathroom is updated, and the laundry room offers a separate area for those who need to shower off if the other is occupied.

LOCATION: About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto and just a few minutes away from the village of Baysville where you'll find restaurants, LCBO, gas, variety store and some groceries. Very close to famous Bigwin Island.
