This beautifully crafted, executive cottage, which sits slightly elevated along the shore of Lake of Bays, makes for a great cottage vacation. The large floor to ceiling windows in the living room allow plenty of natural light into the cottage and provide a great view down to the lake. The large deck area overlooking the waterfront is the perfect spot to sit back and relax with your favourite beverage or enjoy family meals as the cool breeze off the lake whispers through the towering trees. Lake of Bays is a great boating destination so if you bring your boat there is a large U-shaped dock to accommodate your needs. The shoreline here has been left in it's natural state so the best swimming is from the dock area where there is room to bask in the sun or gather around the cabana bar to enjoy the cottage life. Inside, the cottage sports a vaulted pine ceiling, stone fireplace insert, pine walls, plenty of windows, and is decorated and highlighted with many wood accents to give that great cottage feel. The dining area affords a good view out to the lake and the second TV room off of the kitchen area allows for some separation from the group when needed. The walkout basement rec room is a great spot for the kids, and is set up with a TV/DVD, 4 piece bath, lots of seating, and set of bunks so they can spend the night in their own domain. LOCATION:About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto. About 10 min's to the village of Dwight and 15mins to the town of Huntsville for most all amenities. Great golf nearby including Deerhurst Highlands and famous Bigwin Island.
