The property slopes very gently down the water's edge where you will find a shallow sandy entrance into the lake with shallow, hard packed sand for great swimming. The boathouse is available should you decide to bring your boat and kids can jump in from the dock where the water is about 5ft deep. The swim raft also makes a great destination for the kids to jump and play from. The cottage has a large deck off the main living area which is a great spot to sit back and relax with a great view out over the lake. The interior is open concept with vaulted ceilings to allow plenty of natural light. The living room is centred around the cozy woodstove and the TV entertainment centre. The lower level rec room features a walkout to the lake, a ping pong table and a large sitting area complete with 2 TV's for both movies and video games. The bedrooms all have closets and dressers, and the master bedroom has a walkout to the deck. This is a great spot for the whole family to enjoy cottage life yet still have many of the amenities of home and more.
LOCATION: About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto. The village of Dorset is about 10 min's away for groceries, shopping, LCBO, gas and more.
