Here are two cottages side by side, on a large, flat, private, waterfront property on Lake of Bays. The main cottage is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 piece bath while the "bunkie" has 2 bedrooms and a 4 piece bath. The main cottage is open with large windows across the front to allow plenty of natural light and provides a great view out to the lake. The large deck off the front will be a great spot for the family to gather for meals or just to relax and spend time together. The bunkie also has a sitting area for watching a movie and a casual eating area with a partial kitchen. The Muskoka room off the front is a great spot in the evenings to enjoy the peacefulness and take in the surroundings. Both cottages are finished with pine walls and vaulted pine ceilings and enjoy that true cottage flair. The property here is very flat from the cottages to the waterfront with 4.5 acres of privacy. There is a private hiking trail out to the long point of land that is part of this property's extended shoreline. The lake bottom is very shallow with hard packed sand and there is a small beach area to the right of the dock. Great for the kids to splash and play.
