Here is a great 3 bedroom cottage for the family vacation. The cottage is bright and spacious, with tongue and groove pine throughout to give it that authentic cottage appeal. The 120 foot waterfront is simply fantastic with a sand beach and play area. There is shallow sandy entry making it ideal for smaller children and bigger kids will enjoy jumping from the dock to splash and play in the waters of this clean, quiet lake. The patio by the beach is great spot to sit back in the lounge chairs and relax while the kids play in the summer sun. You can also enjoy dinning "el fresco" on either of the two patios cottage side. Inside the cottage you'll find the bedrooms and bath on the upper level which is open down to the living and dinning area. This design provides wonderful vaulted ceilings to give you that spacious open concept. The living room has plenty of seating for those who want to curl up with a good book or take that much needed nap after a day on the beach. The property here is quite level with only a few gentle steps leading you from the driveway, past the cottage and dining patios, down to flat area of the water's edge. The exposure is south by southeast to ensure plenty of sunshine throughout the day with some mature trees providing some shade for those seeking a little relief from the sun.
LOCATION: About 2hrs north of Toronto. Located close to the intersection of Hwy 69 and 141 just south of Parry Sound. Area golf courses are nearby with all amenities to be found about 15 min's away in Parry Sound. Good fishing for bass, pike and lake trout.
