Description:

This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is on tranquil Doe Lake, and is just 20 minutes to Huntsville. The living room is 27' x 20' and features post and beam overhead with tongue and groove pine vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, large windows, and a magnificent Muskoka Stone floor to ceiling fireplace, and tile flooring. Luxurious leather furniture awaits you by the fireplace, where you can gather with friends or curl up with a good book. The Master Bedroom, with it's hardwood floors, is in the 15' x 20' loft which is lined in tongue and groove tamarack. From here you can gaze out the 'floor to ceiling' living room windows and watch as the moon slowly makes it's way across the horizon, reflecting on the lake. There is a 4-piece ensuite bathroom, with a Corian vanity, off of the master bedroom. The main floor also has a 4-piece bathroom. The second bedroom (hardwood floors) is on the main floor, and the third bedroom (ceramic tiles) is on the walk-out lower level. A screened-in Muskoka room allows you to enjoy dining or relaxing in the outdoors even if mother nature doesn't co-operate with your plans. The property has a small incline to the lake, cleared and grassed around the cottage with natural woodlands behind and beside. The beach area is approximately 75 feet long and 15 feet wide, and is made up of sand, gravel, stone and clay mix. At the end of the dock, the water is only 2 1/2 ft deep. The shallow area with its hard packed sand/silt/stone bottom is great for children to splash and play. About 30 feet past the end of the dock, it is about 4 - 5 ft. deep. There are no weeds to speak of. Exposure is South-West.
LOCATION: on the south east side of the lake, west of Hwy. 11 at Emsdale/Kearney, about 20 minutes to world class golf courses, shopping, dining.
