Here is an executive 5 bedroom, 4000sq ft cottage, with plenty to offer for the extended family. The large front deck offers a fantastic view up the lake and the L-shaped dock is big enough to play host to a boat and the active swimmers in the family. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sheets provided), TV and a 3 piece ensuite. There are two more bedrooms on the main floor while the two rooms ideal for the kids are on the lower level. The kitchen and dining room are open concept with an island and the living room enjoys plenty of space with vaulted pine ceilings. Everyone will enjoy the lower level rec room with shuffleboard, foozeball , a 52” big screen TV and the bar area. A great place to enjoy the indoors should the weather decide to not co-operate. There is another smaller deck off the lower level with a covered area for shade while you watch the bigger kids jump and swim from the dock. Be sure to take the time for a canoe ride out on the lake to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings or to try the fishing for bass and pike. A camp fire on the backside of the cottage is a great way to wind down from the days activities and reflect on the memories made that will last forever. Exposure is west.
LOCATION: About 2hrs north of Toronto. All amenities can be found in Parry Sound about 20 min's away.
