The cottage has been completely set up with entertaining and family fun in mind. Hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and open wood beams highlight the structural features of this cottage. The great room is open and inviting with a quieter sitting area to the side that has a walkout to deck. The kitchen and dining area open, with room to gather while meals are being prepared in the gourmet kitchen and a walkout to the deck area allows for a cool breeze and a view to the lake. The lower level has a home theatre system, bar area, pool table and numerous walkouts to the patio area. The large patio area has room for the whole family and usually becomes the focal point for activity with Muskoka chairs, patio set, a screened gazebo and another bar area. Steps from the patio lead you down to the waterfront where the shoreline has been left in it's natural state and the dock area, complete with water trampolines, await you for your fun in the sun.
LOCATION:About 3hrs north of Toronto. Just min's to the village of Kearney for some groceries, fuel, LCBO and more. Most all other amenities can be found in the town of Huntsville about 20 min's away.
