This cottage abounds in deck space that looks out over the lake and provides a wonderful outdoor setting for dining. There is also a covered section off of the kitchen that is screened in to accommodate dining for inclement weather. A gentle sloping landscape takes you down to the waterfront where there is beach area with shallow sandy entrance and a dock to jump from for kids of all ages. With a southern exposure you will enjoy all day sunshine and it will be hard to get the kids away from the water's edge as they splash and play, and make memories that will last a life time. Inside the cottage the main floor has hardwood laminate flooring throughout with many wood highlights and trim. The living room is open and spacious with two walkouts to the deck area. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the lower level with an additional sleeping area and a walkout to the yard.

LOCATION: About 3 hrs north of Toronto. Some shopping, groceries, restaurants and LCBO can be found in the village of Magnetawan about 5 min's away.
