This 3 bedroom
cottage with a bunkie provides all that is needed for the ideal family vacation
on Lake Isabella, a quiet lake just 20 minutes east of Parry
Sound. The open concept living area has vaulted pine ceilings
and offers a great south-west view from indoors, along with
the same peaceful view from the expansive deck that runs the
length of the cottage. The cottage is elevated and has a wide
set of stairs leading to the lakefront. With 220 feet of waterfront,
there is something for everyone - deep water off the large dock
as well as a shallow entry area with a sandy bottom, entering
from a small rock. The waterfront platform deck provides a great place to sit and watch your family enjoy the lake. This lake offers good pike and bass fishing.
The cottage is tastefully decorated, and has wooden wainscoting
in the main living area, corian counter tops in the kitchen, and quality furnishings
throughout. The kitchen area has ceramic floors, and the main
living area and bedrooms are carpeted. There is plenty of room for a family in the large open-concept kitchen, dining and livingroom area. The bunkie with it's pine interior has a queen bunkbed set, and is located close to back of the cottage. It is a very short walk from the bunkie to the side door of the cottage which enters into the dining area.
The large level grassed area at the back of the cottage is a great area for your family to play some outdoor games. There is bocce ball, a horseshoe pit, and a volleyball pit. In the evenings, enjoy roasting marshmellows around the firepit.
LOCATION: about 30 minutes east of Parry Sound along
Hwy. 518, then north at Orrville, about 8 km. along a quiet country
road. Great location for parents of kids at Camp Kodiak or Manitouwabing
Inn, 30 minutes to shopping, dining, golfing, summer festivals.
