This 3 bedroom
cottage provides all that is needed for the ideal family vacation
on Lake Isabella, a quiet lake just 20 minutes east of Parry
Sound. The open concept living area has vaulted pine ceilings
and offers a great southwest view from indoors, and you have
the same peaceful view from the expansive deck that runs the
length of the cottage. The cottage is elevated and has a wide
set of stairs leading to the lakefront. With 220 feet of waterfront,
there is something for everyone - deep water off the large dock
as well as a shallow entry area with a sandy bottom, entering
from a small rock, and the lake offers good pike and bass fishing.
One of the larger rocks as the edge of the shoreline is the
location of the fire pit - truly roasting marshmallows by the
water! The cottage is tastefully decorated and has wooden wainscoting
in the main living area, corian counter tops, and quality furnishings
throughout. The kitchen area has ceramic floors and the main
living area and bedrooms are carpeted. Exposure is South West.
LOCATION: about 30 minutes east of Parry Sound along
Hwy. 518, then north at Orrville, about 8 km. along a quiet country
road. Great location for parents of kids at Camp Kodiak or Manitouwabing
Inn, 30 minutes to shopping, dining, golfing, summer festivals.
