Here is a traditional 3 bedroom bungalow style cottage with additional sleeping quarters available in the kid favorite, cottage bunkie. The living room features long windows along the lakeside to allow a great view out over the lake, and glass door walkouts to the deck area. The large deck is a great spot to enjoy your meals or sit back and relax between cottage life activities. A steady, gentle breeze off the lake helps to keep the bugs to a minimum and provide relief from the summer heat. A short pathway and steps lead you down to the waterfront and the shoreline deck where you can sit and watch the kids swim and play from the dock that extends out from the deck. Some shallow access is available which is great for wading and for smaller children. The shoreline here remains somewhat natural and rugged and some of the best swimming is from the large dock area. There is also room here for your boat if you bring one to explore the more than 40 miles of boating and fishing. Inside you'll find the kitchen is open and spacious and there is a second fridge in the front entrance boot room to help handle the large grocery list. The bedrooms have that cottage appeal with pine walls, ceiling fans and closet space for your things. The bunkie off of the deck area is great for the kids as both a play house and bedroom. LOCATION: Just over 2 1/2hrs north of Toronto. Just 5 min's to the village of Magnetewan for groceries, restaurants, LCBO, hardware, post office and a great beach with playground and picnic area. Most all other amenities can found in Huntsville about 35 min's away.
