This four bedroom cottage has beautiful laminate flooring and a vaulted pine ceiling with tall front windows for a great view of the lake. The large front deck allows plenty of room for the whole family to dine, entertain or just relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the water. A gentle pathway with a few steps leads you down to the lake side patio deck where you can bask in the sun while the kids splash and play in the clear waters. The shoreline has been left in it's natural state with stones and vegetation so the best swimming is from the large dock where the water is shallow at the shore and about 16ft deep at the end. Great for bigger kids. Take the time for a leisurely paddle around the lake to enjoy the peacefulness of cottage life on this smaller setting. The bedrooms are bright and spacious and the large master bedroom in the loft has a wonderful ensuite with a large tub to enjoy a soothing late evening bath. With it's southern exposure and ample deck space, you will enjoy plenty of sunshine and outdoor life, here at the cottage.
LOCATION: About 3hrs north of Toronto. Just min's outside the village of Magnetawan for restaurants, groceries, LCBO, gas and about 20 min's west of the town of Burk's Falls.
