This spacious cottage offers you the complete vacation package! The property is nestled in at the end of a private, treed lane-way. It is bordered with woods on both sides for total privacy while out in the yard. The level yard is great for kids and launching the boat. A lovely stone path leads you from the cottage to the waterfront and the sand beach area. You can walk out and you still be only chest deep in the cool, clear, water at the end of the dock. You can also walk out on the very large and level rock out-crop and search for frogs in the lily pads! The dock is large enough to hang out with the kids or launch a knee board. A quick swim will get you out to the raft for additional fun in the sun! Hang out by the fire at night and listen to the rustling of the small, curious wildlife that is abound in your natural surroundings
The cottage is cozy and comfortable both up and down. The lower level sports a wide open rec. room with pine wainscoting, pine trim and a woodstove with stone surround. This room also provides you with the entertainment center and plenty of seating for the lazy nights of movie watching. The rec. room has great views of the water and direct access to a large screened porch for sipping the lemonade and hiding in the shade without the threat of bug bites. Off of the rec. room is a bedroom with 2 single beds which is perfect for the teens.The main level of the cottage is filled with warm pine walls, trim, and furniture! The kitchen has a new sliding door to get to the large L-shaped deck. With an eat-in kitchen and a dining room, there is plenty of room for eating. The Muskoka Room invites you to relax and read a book as it’s large ceiling fan spins a cool breeze.Down the hall are 3 bedrooms with closets and bright widows. Two of them have a combo bunk and the larger master has a double. The 4pc bathroom is clean and bright as well.
The well known Sequin Trail is just steps away for those who enjoy mountain bike riding, hiking and walking. There are little lakes and ponds to enjoy along the way.
