Here is a nice family cottage that has been completely renovated with pine interior, vaulted pine ceilings and new laminate flooring throughout. The family sitting room has a number of large windows to allow plenty of natural light as well as views out to the lake and the surrounding woods. The kitchen area is open concept with a breakfast table that looks out to the lake and a larger dining table in the main living area for those family gatherings. The bedrooms are quaint yet comfortable with one of the rooms having a private walkout to the lakeside of the cottage and another having a very nice view of the lake. The shoreline here has been left in it's natural state to preserve the beauty and you'll find the best swimming from the dock where the water is about 7-8ft deep. Kids both young and old will love jumping from the dock into the crystal clear waters of Eagle Lake. There is very limited shallow entry into the water due to the rocks both on the shore and in the shallow water. As the evening winds down you can enjoy spectacular sunsets out over the lake from a number of vantage points such as the dock area, the picnic table by the shore, or up on the deck of the cottage. There is a gas fireplace in the living room to create that prefect cottage ambiance during those cooler nights while curled up with a good book or watching a movie.
LOCATION:About 3hrs north of Toronto up Hwy #11. About 20 min's from the little town of South River for some shopping, groceries, gas and LCBO.
