The cottage is located on 80 acres down a long, private, lane way, with many walking and biking trails throughout, and offers great privacy with over 1000ft of shoreline. Natural vegetation lines most of the shoreline and there is very little development here on the lake. The lake bottom is very soft sand and a small sandy beach provides shallow access to the water with good swimming from the dock as well. The lake is very quiet with no public boat launch which helps to ensure a quiet vacation setting at this Muskoka cottage. LOCATION: About 2 1/2 hrs north of Toronto. Most all amenities can be found about 30 min's away in the town of Huntsville. Some groceries, gas, restaurant, LCBO and more in the village of Kearney about 10 min's away. Close to Algonquin Park and many of the area's great golf courses.
