This
3 bedroom cottage is on 22 acres and has 250 feet of shoreline,
so privacy here is a given! The property behind the cottage
is flat and has a large cleared area which is perfect for tossing
the Frisbee, a game of badminton, or roasting marshmallows over
the open fire. The front of the property is flat near the cottage
then slopes quickly to the lake. You'll find a set of wooden steps to take you
to the waterfront and dock or you can use the gently sloped laneway that leads down to the lake. The entry into the water is from
the large dock area where the water depth is about 3 feet at the end or simply use the steps that lead you directly into the shallow water with soft sand bottom. The main floor of the cottage has 2 of the
