Welcome to Lake Cecebe! A wonderful clear lake with 40+ miles of pure boating pleasure through Ahmic Lake and the “Mag. River”. This cottage/home has large bright principal rooms with an open concept layout. A very large kitchen with a island workspace looks out to a very bright living room with a wood fireplace and great elevated views of the island dotted Lake. The master bedroom is large and bright with a 3pc ensuite....a water view to boot! The second main level bedroom and the lower bedroom are both large as well. The recreation room has plenty of seating, woodstove, 3pc washroom and an extra pull-out couch for guests. The rec room has direct access to the side yard and it is the perfect place to bring in the troops after a day of fun! The large storage room off the rec room has an extra fridge and life jackets and is perfect for putting all your unneeded things in. A 2 bedroom bunkie sits back from the main cottage but sports a wonderful treed view to the waterfront. With tall trees surrounding the deck, there is all day shade to protect you from the rays. A full kitchen, seating area with a pull-out, and a 2pc washroom finish the bunkie off nicely.
From the upper deck of the cottage, which runs the complete width of the cottage, you can see the patio/dock area as well as the sand beach, as to keep an eye on the youngsters! The lawn is a gentle slope to the waterfront with stone walkways and it offers spots of shade and sun, alike. The large, water’s edge, stone patio has a built in fire pit and plenty of room for the whole gang to sit and enjoy. The sand beach area is shaded and offers a hard packed entry and a gradual decent into the water. There is also a set of steps leading into the water from the patio for the deep water swimmers on the dock.
LOCATION: About 3hrs north of Toronto and just 5 minutes from Magnetewan for groceries, some shopping, restaurants, LCBO and more. About 15 minutes to Burks Falls for more amenities.
