well-maintained 3 bedroom cottage is on desirable Lake Cecebe which provides
access to Ahmic Lake. The cottage is slightly elevated and
the property is natural vegetation to the shoreline. Here
there is a huge waterfront deck as well as the dock which both
make great vantage points for the sunsets as the exposure
is south west. The water frontage is 229 feet and the lake
bottom here is stony. About 20 feet off shore the water depth
is about 3 feet making it ideal for the young ones in the
family, and the privacy is excellent. The interior of the cottage is open concept and has
easy care vinyl flooring, large windows to capture the sunsets and the deck along the front of the cottage is a superb spot for the evening wind down. The decor is comfortable and
cottage-like. Exposure is south-west.

LOCATION: the north east end of the lake, about a 10 minute drive west of Burk's Falls which is located on Hwy. # 11, about 20 minutes north of Huntsville.

We were looking for a relaxing week away from work and the city and that is exactly what we had. It was far more than what we could have expected. We hope everyone has the same enjoyment we had....nice deck/dock.... nicest cottage any of us has ever been to. The property is so private and the deck/dock is amazing....this indeed was a little bit of heaven....the view of the lake and deck make for a spectacular setting....the cottage is lovely, really enjoyed sitting by the lake and looking out at the scenery....we loved your cottage so much, the beautiful view of the lake, jumping of the dock, riding on the paddle boat....the quiet neighbourhood and camping pit provided us a fun time....couldn't have asked for a nicer, more peaceful location...beautiful and nice and clean....thank you for a very relaxing and memorable time at your cottage....
