This cozy 2 bedroom cottage is nicely located amongst the trees, providing just the right amount of shade during the day. The property has a very gentle slope to the waterfront where the shoreline is rocky, and access into the water is best off the dock into a sand bottom around the dock area. The cottage has a large deck overlooking the water with lots of room for outdoor dining. The interior of the cottage is lined in knotty pine and is fully carpeted (new). The ambiance is warm and comfortable, perfect for that quiet family holiday. LOCATION: about 2.5 hours from the Toronto area, off Hwy. 141 between Rosseau (15 minutes) and Parry Sound (20 minutes), 20 minutes to world class golfing, close to shopping, dining and many attractions. PREVIOUS RENTERS' COMMENTS:...very cozy and clean...the photos didn't do it justice...great deck with just the right amount of sunlight/shade...quiet lake...the interior was very nicely furnished...
