This newly renovated cottage is situated on Lake Cecebe,
less than 5 minutes by car or boat to the historic village
of Magnetawan. In this great little town you can fish off
the locks or enjoy the public beach. Take the boat out for
some pickerel or bass fishing (you
can rent one nearby - there is 40 miles of boating) or relax
at the cottage. It has all new pine flooring, all new furnishings
and appliances. The main level consists of the living and
dining area as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs
are 2 bedrooms and the lower level has 2 bedrooms and a separate
rec room with an entertainment unit (for the kids to escape
to). The living area has a sectional sofa which faces the
TV unit and propane fireplace, and there is a patio door
from the dining area leading out to a large deck overlooking
the
lake.
The master bedroom has a door to a small balcony overlooking
the lake.The quality country accents are unique and provide
a relaxed ambiance for your vacation. The lot is level to
the water's edge and is open making it perfect
for tossing a frisbee or just running off energy. The waterfront
is natural vegetation with a sand beach and the water is shallow, soft bottom, at the end of the dock and deep off the swimming raft.
In the winter, this cottage is on the snowmobile trail. Exposure is northeast.
LOCATION: about 17 km. west of Burk's Falls and Hwy. 11, about 5 minutes southeast of Magnetawan, less than 5 minutes to a 9 hole golf course. Less than 3 hours from Toronto.
