| This cottage has some unique characteristics that will set it apart from many others. The lakeside boathouse has a fabulous hot tub with a view out over the lake. In the main cottage the two bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning to provide the ultimate in comfort for sleeping through the summer heat, while the double size room in the lower level remains cool on it's own accord. You can enjoy plenty of sunshine on the large deck while at the same time closing down the auto rolling sun shades over the front windows to block the heat of the summer sun from the living room. The railings around the deck are made of safety glass to provide an unobstructed view to the waterfront. The lawn is terraced to provide some flat areas for the kids to play, and the grass continues down almost to the water's edge. Swimming is best from the dock, or you can enter into the water to reach the hard sandy bottom from the walk-in steps at the beginning of the dock. The water level in the lake slowly goes down in July and August which provides a sandy entry as the summer progresses. The dock has room for your boat should you decide to bring one, and the marina with a boat launch is very close by.

LOCATION: About 2hrs north of Toronto just south of Parry Sound. A restaurant, marina and convenience store are all on the lake, with all other amenities about 15min's away in the town of Parry Sound.
