This 4 bedroom cottage has plenty of room for the whole family to have a wonderful cottage vacation. The large grassy yard slopes gently to the water where there is a great sandy play area and shallow sandy entrance into the water. The lake bottom here slopes very gradually to about 3ft deep at the end of the dock and there is a unique water carpet in the swimming area for wading in. You'll enjoy the waterfront view from the large deck area, that stretches across the front of the cottage, with plenty of room for dining and entertaining. Inside, you'll find the cottage bright and open with hardwood flooring, pine cathedral ceilings and many wood accents that compliment the decor. The Muskoka room off the living area is the perfect spot to relax after the days activities with a good book or some pleasant conversation. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, with two of them having private walkouts. The kids will love the modern bunkie at the back of the cottage. Outside activities will abound at this cottage and the kids will love being able to run and play, splash about in the shallow water, and spend hours playing in the sand.
LOCATION: About 2.5hrs north of Toronto. Some groceries and LCBO are available just minutes away in the village of Novar with most all other amenities found in the town of Huntsville just 15mins south on Hwy #11.
