This brand new 3 bedroom cottage sits on a very flat piece of property with a great lawn and large sandy beach area. Access to the water is shallow with a soft bottom and a very gradual slope to deeper water. Kids will spend countless hours playing in the sand splashing around in the shallow water. Great summer fun! The interior of the cottage boasts huge front windows that give a great view out to the lake from virtually anywhere in the main living area. The design is very open concept and the kitchen has plenty of room with stools at the counter for those casual meals. The deck across the front is almost at ground level and is covered by the large overhanging roof area. A great spot to sit back and relax even if a summer shower brews up. In the evening, a campfire with marshmallows may be in order, or try a soothing dip in the outdoor hot tub on the deck to wind down from the days activities.
LOCATION: About 2hrs north of Toronto. About 15mins south of Parry Sound for most all amenities. Robert's lake is a small lake that is located less than 1Km off of highway #400 for a very convenient commute.
