This bright and cheery 3 bedroom cottage is in a nice neighbourhood and offers lots of things to do here and nearby. The lot is grassed to the waterfront and the water is very shallow making it ideal for the toddlers to play. The lake bottom is hard sand and one area has some small rocks. The view is beautiful and with a north west exposure, the sunsets are breathtaking. The cottage is 2,200 square feet on two levels, with the main living space upstairs. The entry level has it's own kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher) and serves as the recroom with the games tables and a seating area, and there is a walk out to the patio area. The upper level is the main area of the cottage and the kitchen has a large eating area and lots of windows. Take one step down into the living area and relax in the evenings in the leather recliners while watching a movie, or curl up by the woodstove with a book - 2 seating areas provide for good separation regardless of your choice. There are ceramic floors, cathedral ceilings and large windows overlooking the lake, and there is access to the deck which is 8' x 42' so this also is a great place to relax in the evening. Or by the outdoor firepit roasting marshmallows. The bedrooms have maple floors and the master bedroom has French doors to a small balcony.
