A lovely three bedroom cottage located in the Haliburton Highlands. This cottage has been meticulously updated with beautiful hardwood flooring, new kitchen, baths and bedrooms. With vaulted pine ceilings, pine walls and wood highlights throughout- it has a refined cottage feel with all the modern amenities. The fantastic lake and waterfront view draw your attention through the large floor to ceiling windows on the main level and through the glass railings on the front deck. A large stone fireplace is the centerpiece on the lower level and provides a perfect gathering place. Large windows and plenty of natural light further draw the outdoors into this already cozy atmosphere. A walkout to the patio allows you easy access to the firepit or to a small set of stairs that lead you down to the lake. A grassy landing and a pair of comfortable Muskoka chairs await you lakeside. From here you can watch the kids swim from the dock or just watch the world go by as you sit and relax, or enjoy a good book. This quiet, spring fed lake, has pristine water quality and boasts some good fishing for smallmouth bass, lake trout and rainbow trout. Perch and bass have even been caught in good numbers right from the dock. If the nearby beach is your calling, or a beautiful sunset, then jump into the handcrafted rowing skiff or paddleboat, to further enjoy the beauty and wilderness this lake and area has to offer.

LOCATION: About 3hrs from Toronto and 2 1/2hrs from Ottawa. Just 5 minutes to the village of Wilberforce for groceries, LCBO, gas station, bank-ATM and more. The town of Haliburton is 20mins away and Bancroft is 35mins. Just 20 mins to Algonquin Park South (High Falls hiking trail and mountain bike trail).
