down to the lake and there is a bay along a third of the
shoreline from which the water is easily accessible for both
swimming or launching the canoe or rowboat. Here you
will also find the outdoor firepit making it an ideal
spot
to
catch
the
setting
sun.
The surrounding
area is serene and peaceful and the new large front deck
provides
a great spot to unwind. The interior western red cedar
walls and ceiling add a warm feel, and the screened mud
room with
table is ideal for the evenings.
This cottage is located next to cottage #611 for additional accommodations and families looking to vacation close together.
LOCATION: along the north shore of the lake, 30 minutes
north of Bancroft and south of Hwy. 60 east of Whitney/Algonquin
Park. Just 30 minutes to the Park's East Gate.
PREVIOUS RENTERS' COMMENTS: ...very clean and plenty of new appliances...the cottage itself is nice and has everything you need...the screened in porch was great and got a lot of use...peaceful cottage...we had a great time. It was a very relaxing week...
