This 1,400 sq. ft. cottage on the Burnt River is on a flat lot with lots of room for the kids to play. There is a set of stairs to the dock along the river bank, and from here you can boat into Cameron Lake which is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. There is good swimming off of the dock where the water is about waist deep. The river is about 22 feet deep in the middle and there is only a small current in the water. There is very little boat traffic and it is quite quiet on the river. There are also public beaches in Fenelon Falls which is about a 10 minute drive away. The main floor has an L shaped living and dining area and the patio doors lead to a covered deck with a screened in Muskoka room at one end - the perfect place to dine in the evening and unwind from the days activities. All the bedrooms are on the upper level as is one of the bathrooms. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with ceiling fans and closets for storage.
