This comfortable
2 bedroom cottage is at desirable Point au Baril on Georgian
Bay (excellent Pickerel fishing) and offers
lots of room for the kids to run and play. The cottage property has a large
sandy beach (185 feet) making it ideal for the little ones
to build their sand castles and splash around in the shallow
water. There is a
long dock for you to tie your boat up to. A ladder on the dock provides easy entry into the water. The yard
is very large and mostly grass so you can sit on the lawn
under
the shade of the trees in the summer and watch the sun set
in the evening, and in the fall you can enjoy the wood burning
stove during the cooler nights. On the beach is the fire pit
area and what better way to spend an evening - roasting marshmallows
while watching the sun slip down over the horizon. The new
deck is accessed from the patio door in the living room
and
makes
the ideal
spot for that first cup of coffee in the morning or your
evening snack under the stars. The cottage is comfortable
and cozy, and the living room is carpeted. There is a golf course nearby.
LOCATION: about 30 minutes north of Parry
Sound, west of Hwy. 69 at Point au Baril. 3 marinas nearby with boat rentals available. Good pickerel fishing. Golfing 20 minutes away in Parry Sound.
