Just sit back, relax and enjoy the coloured sky that hovers over your view of Rose Island. In the morning you can get up and enjoy your day on the water, in the yard or take a drive into Parry Sound. At the cottage you can play outdoor games in the generous yard, watch the kids play on the sandy beach, swim, canoe or take out your boat ..if you decide to bring or rent one.
This cottage is on an island that has road access and it offers miles of bike riding and natural scenery. The cottage its self gives a feel of a classic board & batton cottage with newer, modern amenities. The covered porch is the perfect place to spend most of your time while the rest of the younger ones play in the yard. Inside the cottage you will enjoy spending quality time with the whole gang in the open concept living area which includes the kitchen, living room and dining room. There are wood or laminate floors through out, with cozy furniture and well placed art and decorations. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need to prepare anything you can think of. There is also a small breakfast table for the smaller ones. The master bedroom is rich with wood and sports a king bed! 2 other bedrooms are comfortable in size and have new furniture. The 4 th bedroom doubles as a room for reading, playing board games, etc.
From the scenic drive to the perfect sunsets, this vacation cottage is a great place to hang your hat! So come to stay at this Rose Island Channel cottage....you’ll be glad you did!
LOCATION: About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto just outside of the town of Parry Sound. Close to all amenities, area attractions and golf.
