This 5 bedroom, post and beam cottage (2,300 sq. ft, not including large walk out recreation area below.) is well situated on Dent Bay and the southern exposure ensures you have great sun all day. This cottage has a lot to offer for those with an active lifestyle or just to sit back and relax., The cottage is elevated and there are steps leading to the 300 foot waterfront where the bottom has some sand and is rocky - small smooth rocks. The Georgian bay waters are always crystal clear, the shoreline offers shallow entry as well as diving possibilities off the end of the dock.
The interior of the cottage is open concept with activities centered in the Great Room, There are large windows across the front of the cottage and adjacent to the dining area is a large screened in room providing additional eating playing and relaxing space and has access to the deck overlooking the lake. The large, European style kitchen with 14 foot tall ceilings, is well designed, has an island and some nice features, as well as dining possibilities for 12 while surrounded with beautiful views and the setting sun. After the days events you can relax in the screened in Porch and watch the sky fill with stars as you think of another wonderful day to come. There is a rec room on the lower level with its own walk out to a patio. There are many children's games available ranging from toddler's to teens so that you don't have worry about bringing along your own.
LOCATION: about 14 km. north of Parry Sound west of Hwy. # 69, making it close to shopping, dining, golfing, attractions. Also 15 min drive or 5 min boat ride to Killbear Provincial Park which is filled with many beaches and rock jumping possibilities around the park.
