This 4 bedroom cottage, called Ancarva, has so much to offer for those with an active lifestyle and to those who would rather sit back and relax. The whole family will enjoy the beach volleyball down at the water's edge where you can also cool off with a dip in the beautiful crystal clear water. The beach area provides shallow entry to the water and even better swimming is available off the end of the private point with fabulous hard packed shallow sand. There is an Australian style 1/2 court tennis for those who enjoy tennis and the basketball net shares the same court for a game of hoops. For those looking for a more intellectual challenge there is the outdoor chess set with knee high pieces so you can literally get into the game. Deck space abounds here and you can achieve a good vantage point for any one of the activities or find your own space to unwind with a beverage and a good book. The grounds are very well manicured and your beach is regularly raked and groomed. Once inside you'll find the cottage spacious and comfortable. The sunken living room is centered around the large stone fireplace insert and the bar area with 52" big screen TV is a great place to gather. Enjoy formal dinners at the large dining room table or more casual eating out on the deck, overlooking the bay. The kitchen is well laid out with 2 ovens, triple sinks, center island cook top and plenty of counter space and cutting boards. After the days events you can wind down with a relaxing sauna, a soak in the ensuite jacuzzi tub or just watch the stars come out as you sit by the bay and leave all your worries behind.
LOCATION:Port McNicoll, near Midland, about 1 1/2 hours from Toronto. Golf and skiing nearby. Shopping and all amenities can be found in Midland about 10 mins away. Wye Marsh Conservation area and the Martyr's Shrine are just minutes away.
